US Prosecution
YOU ME files more than 1,000 non-provisional patent applications to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) a year covering a wide range technologies and industry sectors, including semiconductors, electronics, medical devices, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, robotics, and consumer goods.

In order to assist clients with their IP filings in the US, a sufficiently-sized group of our attorneys are qualified US patent agents, with a larger number working towards passing the US patent bar, which is actively encouraged and supported.

YOU ME also has a small office in Washington DC, where our attorneys can attain hands-on experience in US prosecution matters and learn about other aspects of US IP law. Our attorneys are therefore seasoned in US prosecution procedures and clients are provided with easy access to the USPTO.
