Patent Prosecution
YOU ME provides comprehensive pre-grant and post-grant prosecution services.

By applying their technical backgrounds to the immediate and long-term needs of clients, our patent attorneys prepare and file patent and utility model applications to build strong, defensible patents and portfolios, in addition to representing clients on a daily basis before the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO).

In detail, our patent attorneys conduct searches for prior art, draft specifications, translate applications from or to Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese, and ensure adequate and proper IP documentation and disclosure. In addition to handling patent filings and prosecution, our patent attorneys advance and defend clients’ interests in reissue, reexamination, interference and opposition proceedings.
