The same amendments have been made as in the Patent Act in relation to assumption of damages, criminal penalty against infringement of registered design. (Art. 64(1); Art. 82) Restoration of lapsed design registration due to non-payment of fees is also provided in the Design Act. (Art. 33 bis)
