Representatives from a variety of Korean companies listened intently as David Callet and Ruth Bahe-Jachna, of Greenberg Taurig, presented seven steps companies can take to avoid products liability lawsuits and minimize the chance of an adverse outcome in the case that they are sued. Between their presentations, David Hunjoon Kim, of YOU ME, spoke in depth about the process of US products liability lawsuits. As the presentations shifted toward incidents of Korean companies facing products liability lawsuits in the US and the potential direct impact of such, the attendees became more involved and were able to have their individual queries fully answered.
