Dr. Weonmee Park and Ms. Gyu-Im Lee join YOU ME¡¯s biotech group In line with globally increasing biotech research efforts, YOU ME has recruited two more patent attorneys in that field, one of which is also a PhD. Dr. Weonmee Park earned her Bachelors degree at Seoul National University and her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at University of Southern California. She conducted research for over seven years at Samsung Biomedical Research Institute and Applied Biosystems Korea, and her patent expertise includes molecular biology, pharmaceutics, biotechnology, and cosmetics. Ms. Gyu-Im Lee earned her Bachelors degree at Ewha Women¡¯s University and has been practicing as a patent attorney for over five years before joining us. The focus of her practice has been biotechnology, biochemistry, and pharmaceutics. With the addition of these two patent attorneys YOU ME has put together the finest biotech/chemical/pharmaceutical patent practice in Korea, consisting of 27 members which include three PhDs, 15 attorneys and 12 technical specialists.
