David is a member of both YOU ME's Seoul office and YOU ME's Washington D.C. office. His practice includes all phases of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law, domain names, including licensing and litigation. His specific areas of technical experience are in telecommunications and electrical engineering. David represents overseas companies desiring to protect and enforce its intellectual property rights in Korea and prosecutes and administers patent and trademark applications filed in U.S. and abroad. Also, much of David's current practice is dedicated in providing advice and opinion in infringement matter, as well as defending clients in patent litigation. |
